Q: Hello, these 2 companies offer POS solutions for small and medium business and are both public companies. Do they have the same business model ? In your opinion why is posera having difficulties to increase it's business volumes over the years while lightspeed is growing so much rapidly ? Thanks

Q: I owned Paladin and was very happy with the sale to ENDP, but I, regrettably, held my shares of ENDO until I lost most if not all of my Paladin windfall. You endorsed ENDO and saw future growth there. Now that TSGI has been sold, I am wondering what to do. I realize there is some deal risk and regulatory risk, and I am not fond of the inconvenience of the London Exchange. I am thinking I might sell my TSGI shares and put the proceeds split into LSPD and/or SHOP. I know you see growth in all three, but you have perhaps been endorsing LSPD and SHOP for longer, now. And you took TSGI out of the portfolio (before the sale, I realize). To focus my question, let me ask: How do the two Canadian stocks compare to TSGI in terms of risks/rewards going forward. The 2 for 1 would at least add a bit of diversification.

Q: What is going on with LSPD. It seems to be dropping and CFRA has a Strong Sell on it. Also what do you think about SQ and SHOP for an investment in a TFSA?

Q: Lspd, kxs, gsy all long time holdings
Gsy hit a 52 week high last week and finally seems to be getting the recognition it deserves
Kxs keeps winning new contracts
Lspd keeps getting hammered
My question is what is going on with lspd, i get it is expensive but so is kinaxis and shop
With 190 million in cash, over 50,000 customers where do you feel support is on lspd, and shop down from 545 to 405 in 5 weeks, i want to step in on both but need some guidance. Dave

Q: Morning guys:
This name has been a roller coaster ride since I got into this . My average cost is 37 and change. I also own great Canadian gaming and I’m down a lot as well . Are u guys confident that throughout the volatility of both names I will be rewarded in five years time just sitting tight and dollar cost averaging into both names .
Thank u
Mark

Q: What do you think about the competitors of lightspeed ? Do you believe lightspeed has a better platform and is there a "moat" around their products ?

I see a lot of restaurants particularly the ones in the MTY group (baton rouge) using Maitre'D solutions, which is a direct competitor of lightspeed.

Thanks

Q: Hi there,

Which of these stocks would you be adding to or starting a position in and why? All have pulled back to some extent so my question is which have the most upside assuming I can handle volatility? I am okay with a response suggesting to buy all 5 if you can please explain why each has come down too much and has room to go up. Deduct as you see fit and thanks!

Q: In u answer on Sep 9,U stated that the selling shareholders of last deal extended lockup period for another 90days.Would it not be normal for the underwriters to support @ the $35 underwritten price(it closed @ $34.27).After deal close, the stock quickly went up to $47/48 level. So it is possible that the underwriters did a cover call to lock in the profits.Txs for u usual great services & views

Q: Hi !
Being overweight in tech (holding those above roughly in equal amounts), could you indicate, in order, which one you would let go to create some cash ? I also hold the following ETFs: igv, vgt, iusg which may create some duplication.
Thanks as always,
Jacques, Île-des-Soeurs

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan and Team,

There are two questions in my query today. Please charge me the appropriate number of credits.

I am looking to open a new long-term position in my TFSA. Can you rank the following stocks. LSPD, DSG, TOY

In my RRSP, I want to get some US exposure. Can you recommend a stock or ETF that is for a long-term hold.

Thanks.
