Q: You have replaced OTEX with NVEI. I currently own LSPD so would it be better to buy TOI instead of NVEI or would you suggest a different stock?

Thanks

Q: I m 73 years old with God willing at least another 10 years left. My Lightspeed is down 70%,$11,000. leaving me with $4,530 in my TFSA. Can you see any timeline for a turn around or should I be sucking it up and putting it in something else? Was looking at LIFE-T as a safety measure but wondering if you have some other suggestions.
Thank you for what you do for us

Q: Hi 5I gang

I just want to confirm that thru this "risk on" period which will sustain for the foreseeable future, I am doing the correct thing by "holding" as opposed to "selling" these growth stocks.

Q: 1. Dana Inc.(DAN) - I'm struggling with this one... seems like a great company, winning awards,etc
- I don't see negative news releases for the most part. Most are positive in nature
- Seems like a bit of a sleeper in the investment community with little attention...
- I would like your opinion on whether a buy more, hold or sell... I am currently in at around $24 and stock is at $15

2. Lightspeed - I know you are constantly bombarded with questions on this one, But my cost base is 95 CDN and 65 US in various accounts
- What price would you be comfortable buying at, in the current environment to average down , catch a falling knife??
- I heard negative news/opinions on CNBC this week with regards to payment related stocks, but I'm thinking contrarian at this point...
- Am I Nuts? or should I hold on ...?

Thanks in advance,
M

Q: Can I get your top picks for Small and Mid sized Canadian Growth Tech stocks for the next 12 months. Also, should we mind witch exchange these stocks are on?

Q: What are the best types of stocks to include in TFSA for long term hold (15-20yrs) with medium risk tolerance? Growth only or growth + income? Have heard that dividend stocks in TFSA can be good as income can compound over time tax free but if the growth outperformes the dividend yield would that not be better? Also could you include your top 10 Canadian picks right now for allocation in TFSA (sector doesn't matter)? Thanks

Q: Comprised of the above Canadian companies, our TFSA represents a small portion of our overall portfolio and is its most growth oriented component. All investments are made with the intent to be long-term holds (10+ years).

Two of the holdings, AT and LSPD are down over 50%, while FSV, GSY, NVEI and WELL are all down by about a third. We intend to do some rebalancing. How would you rate (1-10) these 6 for additional money today? Please include a brief explanation for the ratings.

Finally, if you could add one more Canadian company to the mix, what would it be?

Q: We'd all love to get a look at a few stock prices from 5 years in the future. Get a big winner, or avoid a big loser, with no risk. If you could get a list of the prices of 10 Canadian stocks 5 years from now, which ones would you pick? Let's say stocks with a min market cap of roughly $1 billion Cdn.

Q: Hi Peter and Staff

In my basket of TECH, I have many losers that you have been high on(not your fault).

I have regretted selling "losers" that recovered sharply and sat on some that the opportunity cost turned out to high.

Are there any in the list above that the risk/reward of hanging on justifies not selling to top up positions in SHOP,TOI and/or CRWD that are also down.

Which order would you sell from the sell list and which order would you buy from the 3 buys

Thanks for all you do

Dennis

Q: HI,

Do you think its time to get back to tech stocks? I already own CSU. If so, can u rank the CDN teck stocks (CTS, DSG, XIT, ZQQ, KXS, LSPD, Shop) based on reliable growth and manageable volatility? if you have better ideas please include them.

Q: I have recently came across $30k unexpectedly from a former employer and was pleasantly surprised. It is currently in an mutual and it would not through my weightings out of balance. I have a well diversified and weighted portfolio with your quality names such as TD, BNS, VET, ENB, TOI, BAM, LSPD, AEM, ATZ, TRUL etc... If I was to move it from the fund to an equity only to set and forget(again) for 15 years what would you chose. At least your top 3. thx.
