Q: I have some cash sitting in my RRSP and was thinking of adding to either Brookfield Infrastructure or Realty Income REIT. I had Costco on the list, but noted in answering another question, you recommended waiting. Of the two, which do you feel is the better choice today? Or should I continue to hold the cash a bit longer until the markets settle? Thank you.

I am looking for your recommendations on good dividend paying stocks. Stocks which have come under pressure due to market conditions. Stocks that are low risk and do not have high debt. I am mostly interest in income stocks but would also like a stock that would give me some capital gains. I have listed these and would appreciate rating these. Please also provide me with any other tickers you feel would fit my needs here which I may not have thought about.

Thank you.

Q: Hi, I would appreciate if you can recommend some dividend paying companies with strong balance sheet, steady dividend increase and have not cut dividend in past. I am looking for names which have sold with general market and are at attractive valuations.

Q: Hi
I am looking for 5 US Income producing stocks to provide US funds to travel with. This will be long term investments, looking for low to moderate risk, good income stream and somewhat diversified although that's not a huge criterion.
Thank you, Len

Q: Greetings 5i members
I have been thinking about increasing my reit exposure. I know that you like tcn and Granite reit. There is also a US reit that you have mentioned from time to time. I tried to look it up on the site by going through the questions. But nothing rang a bell. I am quite sure you will know the company I am talking about. Out of the two mentioned and the so far unknown US reit, which would be your favourite and why? I cannot see either any advantage in holding a Canadian reit in a registered account. Nor can i see a disadvantage in holding a US reit. Do you see any advantages or disadvantages one way or another?

Thanks as always for the great service you provide

Q: Decision time...all because WIR.UN is being acquired. When WIR.UN was bought in Cdn loonies, I flipped it to the US dollar side of the account. Now will have US dollars to top up one or more of 44 US positions. But which ones? Like BLK, a very large asset manager with exposure to index ETF that has held up well. Or a specialty retailer, DG. Or TDOC that looks to have a bright future but is down at the moment market price wise. Or finally, XYL with it's water machinery and it has market momentum at this time. Me, looking for your take....like which one or some of these at this time or any others US ones you are excited about. Many thanks for your insights, aka guidance to me.........Tom

Q: I would like to diversify my REIT holdings geographically. I currently hold a reasonable position in CAR.UN and an overweight position in TCN. I would appreciate any recommended REITS with operations in the USA or Europe that are registered in either Canada or the USA. Is there anything like another another Tricon Residential available?
With appreciation for your great service.

Q: If you were entering new money today to try to yield at least 4 or 5 percent, what would be your top 5-10 dividend income stocks in Canada that you feel would be a safe hold for at least ten years? Alternatively, what would be your top dividend stocks in the U.S. obviously yielding less?
