Q: Above are my CDN holdings greater than 2% of my portfolio. I'm looking for 1 more sleep at night CDN recommendation for an RRSP account that you would initiate at more than 2% and hoping you might have a short list of recommendations? No oil/gas/pipelines, thx but otherwise I'm open.

Q: Hi !

I am looking to invest in perhaps just one of the above companies.
I learned the hard way about prioritizing the preservation of capital.
Would you tell me which of the above companies is best in terms of highest chance of capital being preserved?

While I am here, would be able to suggest three other companies that are both poised for greatness and offer an excellent capital preservation profile?

Thank you!

Q: I have these tech companies in my TFSA. Can you tell me which companies you like and which you don't and why? Do you think I have too many Tech companies? I show a profit in all but KXS, CGY, NVEI. Thanks 5i.

Q: According to the portfolio analyzer, I need to reduce my tech. These are the companies I own (I'm not entirely sure WELL belongs on this list). Where should I start with reducing? Probably 2-3 names, or a partial disposition of a few. I'm up on all. Thanks!

Q: Hi 5I team.
My question is about healthcare and diversification in the space. I have been attempting to keep my position around the 16% portfolio weighting and currently hold ABBV, AMD, AMGN(4.8%), LLY(3%), PFE, MRNA, and WELL positions. Although I do not want to abandon the PFE/MRNA freight trains, I am looking at adding/shifting to what may be a longer term/higher dividend return avenue with the use of GILD(attractive entry and solid div), CRISPR(awaiting a pull back to $90 if it comes), and even MDT(under $103 if it comes)

How do you feel about this strategy and the switch out of AMGN/LLY to GILD/MDT?

Thank you

Peter

Q: You have, in the past, listed about ten companies (including CSU, X, KXS, CAE, BYD, ENB, ADW) that you felt had a unique opportunity to flourish under these special circumstances.
Asking the same question today, what would your updated list look like?

Q: This is a follow up question to my previous one, If I don’t add to any of my underweighted companies I could initiate a position in one of the named companies above. I would appreciate your rankings with some insight.
Thanks again. ram

Q: I see the Jeffries downgraded Welltower yesterday, with a price target of $52. I realize that COVID-19 isn't helping here, but this stock is being beaten down to similar levels to that of airline and cruise ship stocks. Do you see that as logical?

I see that this stock can fluctuate from about 20% below Morningstar's Fair Market Value to as high as about 10% above. Of course at the moment we're talking closer to -30%.

In your opinion is the balance sheet okay?
On my TD Wealth screen the dividend payout ratio - 290% - seems out of whack but I believe it should be calculated differently for REITs (?)

As always, thanks for your informative responses.
