Q: Could you give me an analysis of PTY vs PFL and their respective risk profiles in this environment and the eventuality of rates rising? Which would you recommend?

Q: Gentlemen,

I researched this etf, found it's returns to be very competitve, with a return of over 8% and a 5 star Morningstar rating.

Can you look at PTY and give me the strengths and weaknesses from your point of view and whether you would see this as a strong portfolio addition for income and growth.
If you think is is a worthwhile candidate which type of account would you put it in?
