Q: I own small (2-3%) positions in Snowflake, MongoDB, and Datadog. Would you currently hold these stocks or sell them? If sold, what are some possible replacements in the tech sector?

Q: It’s now 2025, new Canadian leadership coming and reduced regulations/government in the US. You suggested on a reply today how a 50% US - 40% CAN - 10% Global portfolio mix might be right for today’s environment. Based on this, what is YOUR best ideas for a brand new $1M+ portfolio? Q: I'm interested in investing in some U.S. companies by using CDR's. As the years go by it seems the list is getting longer. Q: Happy New Year to 5i and members, wishing all a prosperous investing year ahead.

It's time to make my annual TFSA contribution. I own AAPL, ADBE CRM, GOOG, NVDA, PYPL, QCOM, and TOL in my TFSA.

I would like to add to one position, which do you recommend? I am overweight NVDA so do not wish to add to that one.

Does 5i consider any of these positions in the 'do not need to own' category? If so, please recommend a replacement (not LLY, MDT, IBM, or MSFT; I own full positions of these in another account). The focus of this account is US equities with a risk profile somewhere between that of the 5i Balanced and Growth portfolios, and the objective is long-term capital appreciation.

Q: In replying to Dave's question on CRM you ended answer with "We generally view CRM positively and think it's valuation at 25x forward earnings is fair, although there are higher growth opportunities at similar multiples. We would be fine switching from CRM into another mega-cap tech name. "

Q: Is there a US equivalent of CSU that you would recommend as I take profits from growthier AI stocks? Happy to split it between a few stocks, but the big 7 have grown as a large part of my US portfolio.
