Q: Looking to sell LYB and purchase one of these two preferred shares can you tell me which one you prefer and why ? Both these stocks have wild fire issues out west in the USA. Maybe I should just be more patient with LYB to grow thus getting a capital gain as the dividends are about the same.

Q: I like these two preferred shares but can you tell me who is on the hook to pay the dividends, Is it Edison and Charter. Hate to be cought off guard if things really head south. As always thank for your help!
