Q: Hello 5i
Please explain if the sale or exchange of the 2 million shares is dilutive to shareholders- I don’t think so, please confirm.?. Who or what is HL1 17 LP ? The offering closes March 2. The closing date for this “event” is March 16: Are there two class of shares of RBI? If one is building a position is this a good entry point? Are shares likely to drift much lower than $63.99 (the price BoA is purchasing the shares for) in the face of this event? Would you see $63.99 as the floor? If not, can you guess how much lower?

Q: This is my margin portfolio, all position weightings are between 3%-5%.
The projected yield is 3.31% with a 3-5 year hold.
I realize 24 positions is a bit overkill but I can't seem to choose which to remove, which would you recommend?
What positions would you add to the portfolio?
Take as many credits as needed.
Thanks for the great service

Q: I got a notice from a law firm in the US regarding a class action lawsuit against QSR. Is this something worth pursuing?
Q: Hi 5i,
Is QSR a buy at this point in the market or can you recommend a better dividend payer in the same sector? I sold QSR in a register account with a very small profit to move the dividend to a non-registered account (still have not rebought yet since its dropping).
