Q: I read this is an article from Matterhorn Asset Management:
"Your best friend and protector in this ignominious company of bubble assets and falling currencies are precious metals in the form of physical gold and silver.
But please ignore PAPER gold and silver (including ETFs) which one day will be worthless."
I hold both both of these funds in approximately equal percentages. Should holding my precious metals via Sprott alleviate any concerns I should have about the investment becoming "worthless"?

Q: Can you explain in simple English what Sprott has done in pursuing this "at-the-market" program with these firms [Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. ("CF&Co"), Virtu Americas LLC ("Virtu" and together with CF&Co, the "U.S. Agents"?
Is it something which I, as a holder of these Sprott shares, should consider selling my positions and moving to other precious metals funds or to miners?
Thank you

Q: Hello Peter,
Based on your last reply, i agree day to day movements is not something to worry about; however, i am noticing Novo Resources and Karora Resources are showing either lower stock movements or trending lower whereas the sector is surging.. is there any news? Also, can you recommend a good silver ETF; I was thinking of SLVP OR SIL. Please advise. Thanks

Q: I have no exposure to silver. Only a little to gold and is it to late for gold ?
could you recommend a Canadian ETF for silver?
do you think silver will play 'catch up' to gold ?
would a precious metal ETF be wise. Which one?

Q: For Canadians to hold a physical gold or silver ETF rather than a product that uses derivatives type ETF that has more risk, would you recommend PSLV, CEF or PHYS. Do you feel these track the spot prices well. I am looking right now and today silver spot on bloomberg is up 1.60% but PSLV on Toronto is up only 0.60% and the currency difference does not explain the difference as PSLV in US$ is up only 0.60% as well. That seems alot that is pushing over to a NAV premium discount.
Q: Is there a silver etf or other investment type that you might recommend ?
Thanks,
Phil

Q: Silver stocks have had a run since mid-year; does the team have opinion on silver itself and a preferred method of investing in the commodity.
Thanks... your thoughts are respected and appreciated

Q: Hello folks; Looking to tuck away some silver. Which of these would be better suited and what will the fact that SVR is hedged have if silver and SVR happen to go up? Also, PSLV is on the TSX exchange but is listed in USD. Is there a problem with government hold-backs upon cashing out?
