Q: Noticed your Report on Real Matters and liked the looks of basing pattern on the Chart.

I already own Costar but would like to add a Real Matters Position .. wondering if their businesses’ have similarities?

Additionally would like to ask if your warming up to this area would infer you are likewise warming up to the ‘out of favor’ reit sector and if so your #1 choice in the reit area today for Capital Gain potential over a 2-3 Year time horizon.

Q: Hi 5I, my question is more about portfolio construction. I have moved both AMT and CCI to the communications sector of my portfolio to raise the percentage in that sector and to decrease the financial sector or REITS. It it fair to do such things as it does feel like they belong in the communications sector.

Q: I did really well buying oil stocks when oil tanked 4 years ago, and holding during the recovery. What beaten up sector do you feel has great recovery potential like this currently? Would REIT's qualify since rate cuts appear to be coming soon, or are you not as confident in the recovery due to vacancy's & recession possibility? Thx

Q: Hello,

I'm hoping you might be able to steer me towards several suitable, longer term, investments.

If you were assembling a portfolio of equity investments today, from which you REQUIRED an overall average yield of at least 4%, with a further need for that yield to either keep pace with or to outpace the rate of inflation in coming years; which 5 Canadian and which 5 USA equities would you select to include within your portfolio?

1) Independent of any consideration of a desire for diversity of sector?

2) If diversity were to be considered to be of importance?
