Q: What would be your top picks for dividend stocks that are trading currently at good discounts and have a great recovery potential-across all segments US and Canada? One group making 3.5% or higher; one group 2-3% but have more growth opportunity? Thanks.

Q: I just sold off my Biogen holding and am looking for a replacement within the healthcare sector. I held Biogen for over 3 years and exited with a nice return, but I have to say that I did not enjoy the wild ride and price swings as it seemed to trade solely on its new Alzheimer’s drug advancements and setbacks. So now I am looking to replace it with something a little more stable but still with the expectation of slow and steady growth. What would be your top 1 or 2 picks be today for both the US and Canada that might fit. I already own Savaria and XLV so something besides these.

I am thinking of balancing the asset type in my income portfolio .
I am currently 40% financials , 25 % energy stocks . 25 % real estate, 10 % consumer
Do I need to rebalance?

Q: In a previous comment you stated "Five stocks that we feel will perform well over a long term period are: TSU, NVDA, SHOP, CSU, and INMD." In regards to INMD, what are your thoughts on other competitors in medical aesthetics, such as CUTR, ABBV, SIEN, or others I may have left out? What makes INMD more desirable in your opinion?

Q: Hi Peter and 5i team,
Can you please explain what happened to Abbvie on Friday? It seemed like an Analyst/Investment Company came out with a statement and then retracted it later on it the day. Thank you for the explanation.
Do you still think ABBV is positive going forward?
Thank you.

Could you please provide your top 5 US healthcare stock picks for growth (with above-average risk) over the next 5 years, and include a brief comment why.

Could you also suggest 3 "safer" options.

Feel free to subtract as many credits as warranted.

Many thanks!

Q: What you recommend staying with Abbvie? Like the dividend but down on stock price. Is there another health care or other US stock with similar interest rate? I have a v concentrated portfolio. Thx so much.

Q: Some time ago i asked a question regarding the merits of holding a handful of us stocks along with my US etf’s, in order to get a little extra boost. You were ok with the strategy but cautioned against the kind of stocks I held i.e. Google, nvidia, msft, Costco, abbivie. While they were good stocks you said that the problem is that they are well represented in the various etf’s and that if i wanted a “kicker” to provide boost that I should go smaller in size. I wonder if you could provide a handful of stocks that would fit that criterion and would be ones that one would want to own long term. If they were also good candidates for selling options on that would be an added bonus. Thanks for your expertise and advice.

Q: I am moving toward retirement and looking for stocks with a Dividend of 4% plus. Could you suggest some Canadian and US companies that you feel are good value in todays market or ones to watch for this fall if things go down- separate lists please. All categories except financials as I'm overweight there. I'm interested in companies that can ride a recession with higher interest rates. Thank you!

Q: In a question today regarding top health care stocks you mentioned abbivie as one of the top choices but not lly. I know that in the recent past you were strong on lly over abbevie. I bought lly at that time, in fact, and profited quite well from the purchase. Thank you. My question is what made you pinpoint lly as a good prospect earlier on and what brings you to not mention it now in response to the question on top health care stocks?
