Q: With the recent market correction, there are a lot of stocks are deep in red. Which stocks are the compelling buys, after the market settle a bit?

Q: With the Nasdaq now down more than 15%, what would be your top 5 picks in the tech sector (both Canada and US) for growth given at least a 5+ year hold period?

I'm looking for stocks with great fundamentals that have just taken an unfair beating due to sector rotation and fear selling.

Q: I would like to increase my tech holdings during this sell off and I have a long term horizon and willing to take on risk.

Can you rank the following in order of preference: Shop, NVDA, Topicus, Xebec , Unity, Lightspeed, Enthusiast Gaming.

Are there any in that list that should be sold off?

A question was recently asked concerning your preference between msft and Nvidia. You said you preferred Microsoft. I was wondering if you could elaborate on your reasons for that decision? I ask because I hold the two of them and have been thinking of selling Microsoft in order to reduce my technology component.

Please include a mix of larger e.g CSU and Google, along with more recent up and comers e.g. Shop and Roku, which seem to be among your most obvious favourites.

Q: I am a little embarrassed to admit that I am in all tech and growth companies. The rhetoric now about the interest rates, the war activity in Ukraine/ Russia, Threat of invasion China to Taiwan. Inflation and other factors that create the current environment. The question is boiled down to when do we see big tech i.e. MSFT, Tesla, NVDA and little tech : EGLX hit bottom and make gains again? CNBC Tom Lee Fundstrata says first half is volatile and choppy and the second half of 2022 we see gains and steady improvement. How low does the Nasdaq go before a upwards turn?

I am an aggressive investor, which paid off lovely in 2020, but now am being crushed. I hold the following stocks (with weightings in brackets) in total in my brokerage accounts. Could you have a quick look and tell me how this basket looks "In general"? And if you see this basket doing well over the longer term (say 5-10yr hold), pointing out any suggested changes you would make, if any are "sells" or worth switching out. Note that if I sell any GSY it would incur tax (the weighting is large because the position has grown and have been a firm believer in the company as its valuation still looks cheap and am collecting a nice div off it as well). Took some profits at an opportune time in AVGO and PANW. I'd like to stay in the tech space with the proceeds (still have half positions in the 2 sold) and was considering some stocks you like. I left out NVDA as AVGO is in that space. Which do you like best between ADBE and QCOM, assuming they are 2 of your favourites, and why.

Q: What are your thoughts on this etf? Are there any similar options to get exposure to these companies?

Q: UPST, LSPD, and NVEI are my biggest losses. The recovery is little to none. In order to recover my money over time, would I be better off selling UPST and replacing it with NVDA; selling NVEI and replacing it with TFII; selling LSPD and replacing it with ATZ? Hoping to hear from you.
