These are all underwater in US side of my TFSA. Please rate Sell, Hold or Buy.

What are a few nice growth opportunities on US side, looking 3-5 years minimum.

Can you provide some US names that you feel are trading at a discount today, are well managed companies with a runway for growth and are suitable for a long term investor. A few small, mid, and large cap companies would be appreciated, irrespective of sector.

Q: I have held the above stocks in my open account for several years. All stocks have shown a positive return except for BNS which is down approximately 20%. I have some cash to invest in the market and would like to purchase additional shares in some of these companies for a 3 to 5 year investment. Q: Retired DIY investor. I find that I’m overweight in Tech stocks having AMZN, AAPL, GOOG, and MSFT and on the Cdn side CSU and SHOP. Meanwhile I have no healthcare stocks. I’m considering selling Apple and rotating into ABBV, MDT, or ZBH.

Q: I'm looking to invest $60,000 for a minimum of 5 years. This money will be used towards a downpayment for a house. Can you please comment on a split of 50% SPY and 50% quality stocks, such as GOOG, MSFT, SLF, ATD, BN. Q: Good Morning,

Our RESP for my 13-year-old daughter is currently valued at about $42k. It is comprised of 25% Google, 25% AMD, 25% DSG, 13% Apple, and 12% VMD. Wondering if you could please give me a few ideas for another stock or ETF (Canadian or American) that I might add to this mix, as I will be contributing another $6K soon. Thanks. Brad

Q: IBM pays a nice dividend that has shown good growth over the past 5 years (the last 3 years, not so much). How would you rank it for both income and equity growth going forward? It seems that at one time is was the leader in AI and now it does not seem to get mentioned in that vein.

Q: Celestica is down almost 14% so far on earnings (and continues downward). What do you think is driving such a fall after what seems an almost perfect report? Is it all about cloud sales? Does nothing else matter to the market?

Q: Hi, SHOP had a really bad day Today and traded really poorly, sinking almost 7%, perhaps influenced by Alphabet's results and major large techs like META, AMZN etc, pulling the Nasdaq sharply lower. Shopify stock also broke the $68 support level today, which it has held, in the recent past. We added a little to our 6% holding, with a long term belief in company's strong fundamentals.

Analysts' commentary/preview has generally been positive with expectation of company announcing strong results and guidance on November 2nd. What are your thoughts ?

Q: Everyone. AI is at the beginning of a great breakout in many industries. AI is in exponentially growth period and the early adopters will benefit but the biggest beneficiaries are yet to be identified. I didn’t understand the benefits of MSFT or APPL in their pre-real growth stages. Will AI change the stock market in a profound way the humans will not be involved ie the human stock pickers. What tech areas should I look for be looking for or are they in my view already? Should we believe in the large cap tech stocks will continue to lead, or buy, the AI technology revolution? Clayton
