A TD analyst is recommending IPLP with a target price of $13.50 in the next 12 months. At $7.63 today this looks like a very aggressive target. What is your view of this company and should one start a position? If so what % position would you recommend? Thanks

Q: What are your thoughts on the IPO of IPL Plastics. I think its international exposure and the 28% ownership of the Caisse de Depot makes it very interesting. Would starting a small position be wise at this time. Thanks
