Q: Hello Peter,
I have a 2 percent holding of jamieson wellness. Any comments on their recent earnings that would justify increasing or decreasing the weight in my portfolio? Also, would this be a good time to allocate monies to Well Health and Cloud MD? Any idea why TDOC is taking a hit? Is this because of Pfizer's announcement of the effectiveness of its vaccine? Thanks very much.
Q: I’m struggling to understand how these two stocks, as well as others in the same area, will do in a normal environment following Covid vaccines. Would appreciate your expert opinion.
Thanks as always for your incites.
Q: My portfolio is a little out of balance when it comes to healthcare stocks.
I am considering: WELL.CA, VEEV.US, GH:US, SYK.US, BIIB.US, ABBV:US, AMGN:US. (I already own IHI and BAX)
Are there others that you would add to the list?
Is there an ETF that you would recommend?
Could you please rank the above stocks with regards to 3-5 year hold?
I sold my position in GUD about a year ago.
Q: Well has now announced another acquisition. INSIG Corporation, following 51% ownership position in Integrated Allied Health Services earlier this month. Do you feel that a stock offering will be required to support these moves?
Q: Please comment on earnings. Stock seems to have lost some pizzazz. Is it time to take the money and run?
I would like to see a weekly earnings calendar. The TMX site used to provide this service but no longer does. I would at least like to see projected reporting dates in company profiles.
Q: Dear Amazing 5i Team: I would like to take a small position in one more growth stock in my TFSA. Currently own KXS, WELL, APPL and TSLA in TFSA. Took your advice to hold growth stocks in TFS and doing v well with KKS and WELL thanks to your picks.
Q: I would like to own WELL. My hesitation is what you identify under Key Risks in your report - "inability to compete with larger players such as Telus and Loblaw in the digital health care solutions space ".
I own both Telus and Loblaw and recognize that their exposure to digital health space is a small part of their over-all business at this point while WELL is the pure play growth option.
Having difficulty assessing this and would appreciate your thoughts.
Not asking for specific portfolio advice , but just in broad , general terms -
if one owns these two larger companies , would it be appropriate to put Well in the "like to own " rather than "need to own " category and allocate capital elsewhere .
Thank-you
Q: Do you have a favorite - or2 - in this space? I can tolerant medium risk and would be looking for growth more than income. Thanks
I find the new charts very useful,
Q: Regarding your answer to “must owns” for Canadian growth investors - What distinguishes your list from SHOP and/or WELL. Put another way, what are SHOP and WELL missing to make your list?
Thanks. ram
Q: I have taken an initial position in Vitalhub and would like your take on the recent contracts signed over the past couple of days. I’m considering adding as stocks in this space are getting strong support. Thanks to your advice, I got in early on WELL and am wondering if we might not be seeing the same scenario play out in this one.
Q: I have a full position in WELL but am also intrigued with DOC based on your recent comments. Can you comment on the new appointments in the recent news release and the pedigree of management. Assuming DOC drops closer to the new bought deal price of $2.40 would you be a buyer here?
Thank you
Q: North America will get hit with a Second Wave of Virus this winter. AMZN will benefit with on line shopping as will WMT and TGT. Truckers like FDX, UPS and TFII CJT will keep busy delivering boxes. What other Industries and Companies do you see benefiting. ? RAK
