Q: Thank you for responding to MP and NEO. Re NEO I see no reference in their most recent reports or other published coverage to a decline in revenues over the next two years so wondered if this came up in the conference call, and if so the cause of the anticipated decline. As to current pricing while the valuation looks modest on present earnings data I do not have and would appreciate your view on the valuation of this security versus others in their sector. Thank you.

Q: Thanks for your response on this issue - it obviously confused me as well. Given that their results seemed respectable the subsequent slide in the share price is a bit of a surprise. Was it somewhat overvalued before the slide and do you have a price level at which NEO might be a compelling buy?

Q: NEO announced 18/11/21 that it would announce results on Dec 1/21 but I cannot find any record of it dong so nor any commentary since the November statement. what has happened to this company since Nov 2021?

For the potential surge in EV stocks in 2022, i am considering investing in rare earths and am trying to decide between Neo Performance in Canada or MP materials in US. Which one do you feel is better for longer term in the EV sector? Also, is there any news on Nuvei for big increase in share price today or is it simply catching up after the short seller report? I have had a 1% position in NEO for quite a while. It is has recovered a lot this last year but it is just above where it was back in 2018. With all the talk of a expanding onshore production of keep compounds/components, the shortage of rare earth minerals and the future with renewable energy I would have thought NEO would have performed even better. What do you see in NEO's future e.g. is the business unique and scaleable? do you see the company as having margin & pricing power going forward (or is it like any other commodity play), do you see it as a company that has a good runway ahead of itself and thus can increase it's market cap? Finally in terms of increasing my position, do you see it as fully valued at 19.29, or do you see value at this level and might add to it up to 2% weight?

Q: Have some cash to purchase one or two companies in my TFSA. Am wondering about CTS or PKK. What is your opinion of these 2, which would you prefer and why?

An alternative would be to add to a couple recent purchases that I have I/2 positions in. These are ATZ, TIXT, NEO.

With a positive supply-demand picture that is set to grow more bullish over the longer term (do you agree?), could you please evaluate the above rare earth miners/processors? Would you recommend any at this time?

I am specifically looking for good balance sheet (debt/cash flow), shareholder friendly management, and meaningful high growth, irrespective of trade issues with China. Finally, are the any rare earth processers in the western hemisphere at all? Any of the above companies looking into building one?

What is your view on the earnings for both MP materials and neo performance in the rare earth space? Also, why did MP materials take such a big hit today (more than 15 percent). Is it a good time to add to MP as this might be short lived? Thanks very much.
