Q: What do you think about yesterday's high volume decline? I have read the company statment after the halt. I have had some bad luck over the last 2 months and it seems everyday I get crushed with another big hit. I am still following my plan and am still fully invested in a balanced portfolio from your coverage list. Should i switch out vmd for a better name or hold?
Ty!

Q: News on share price drop.
VIEMED HEALTHCARE COMMENTS ON TRADING HALT

Lafayette, Louisiana (November 19, 2018) Viemed Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company” or “Viemed”) (TSX:VMD.TO), a home medical equipment supplier that provides post-acute respiratory care services in the United States, announces that it is not aware of any material undisclosed information in the business, operations or affairs of the Company that may be contributing to the level of trading activity of its shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The Company suspects that the activity could be related to a recent report that Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is considering adding various codes to the next round of the Competitive Bidding Program (CBP), one of which is ventilators. The Company will be submitting comments to CMS in the normal course of business. Comments are due to CMS by December 3, 2018. The Company does not believe that ventilators should be included in the CBP. Additionally, the Company is aware that the CBP has been temporarily suspended starting January 1, 2019, therefore, any changes should not be effective until January 1, 2021, at the earliest.

Q: I know you have reservations about the company's history and certain individuals, but momentum has been good recently. On Oct. 17 at midday, about 120,000 shares ($1 million) traded in a few minutes, which I assume was an institutional order. Total volume for the day was near 600,000 shares, which has only occurred a few other times earlier this year, when the share price was much lower. Are you aware of any increasing institutional interest in VMD?

Q: As a member of 5i since 2013 I have used your wise logic as one of the tools to help me position my portfolio. I have had some Major wins with your help, but this has been a gut wrenching experience and I have learned the hard way that keeping a reasonable weighting of any one stock is of paramount importance. I let RHT get too large a weighting and believed in their product as a way to help people. It concerns me that you used the word 'fraud' in one of your previous replies.
I have now reduced most of my position to a very small weighting and am reviewing selling it all.
I have a position in COV that is a full position. It is a bit weak of late but I think that is due to the Saudi Arabian rhetoric and is a temporary blip.
Would you consider VMD to be a good replacement for RHT.

Thanks for all your solid advise in these turbulent times.

Q: VMD has been very strong after its latest earnings report. You often caution about selling your winners or selling into momentum but I am wondering if, given the history of its predecessor (PHM) and its relatively small size, if its time to sell 1/2 and take some profits. I find buying easy, its knowing when to sell that always messes me up! Help.

Thanks
Scott

Q: I'm wondering if 5i (or if you think others) are starting to warm up to this name a bit after the last few quarters? It obviously has a checkered past with its previous relation to PHM but it trades at a fairly steep discount (2018 EV/EBITDAe) to other TSX listed healthcare names (SIS, CRH, etc.). My thinking is that this valuation gap should close with continued performance.
Thanks for the great service.

Q: HI again 5i (third try). We are a mid 70's couple needing to increase our monthly div. income slightly to satisfy our monthly RIF payout. Please suggest your best ideas to increase our low cash position and which monthly div. payers to add. We could take some profits or sell from among nflx, vmd, xhc, itx, vun, toy, iyt, zuh, atd.b, aem.
We have half positions in your income portfolio excluding cpd, cvd, plc, tcl.a, xhy.
We realize our fixed income is very low for our age group but with 10% of our 425k portfolio in slf and our 700k home adds some safety. Please deduct as many credits you see fit. Thanks so much.
