Q: Battery grade manganese sulfate will be more and more important in the future, for various reasons ; manganese is not rare but producing this component for batteries implies huge investments, and years to build a plan .Are they large Cies in the stock market (out of China) in North America or elsewhere, in which one could invest, and do you have recommendations any specific Cies? Thanks, Jean-Yves

- Plug Power Inc. (PLUG)
- RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc. (AMY)
- Xebec Adsorption Inc. (XBC)

Q: Hi 5i,
I have the following in a non-registered (and high risk tolerance) account:
LSPD (+55%)
GAN (-21%)
XBC (-65%)
QUIS (+21%)
AMY (+28%)
PLTR (-15%)
NANO (-28%)
OPS (+37%)
PLUG (-62%)
1. Is there any names on this list that you would consider selling at a loss and re-deploying elsewhere?
2. I'd like to buy LSPD in my separate registered account considering the sharp drop over the past couple weeks. Is there any limitations on owning the same stock in both registered and non-registered accounts? I am comfortable in my overall position so that would not be a concern.
Please deduct credits as you see fit.
(There is a chance I've submitted this question twice; if so, please answer this one. My browser crashed during my first submission and I'm not sure if the first one went through.)
Thanks for your insight,
Kyle

Q: I read about AMY and like the idea of taking a flyer on a company focused on battery recycler technology considering the EV momentum. I see news came out about it on the 21-Jan but it made a significant jump the day before. Is this 'pre-emptive' jump typical?
Are there alternative companies in this space that you would recommend?

Q: Can you please provide an update on your opinion of this firm? Are there others you prefer in this space?
Q: Could you give me information and your opinion on American Manganese? Is it a buy or a watch?
