Q: Source seems interesting as an energy play not tied to a single producer. Do you have a general recommendation and, if so, a recommended price?

Q: What would the reason be for the big pull back drop in the stock?
Would you recommend to stay with it sell it or buy more?
I realize valuation a lot better with the drop but at such a low valuation and still dropping does the market know something not apparent?

Q: Not a bad quarter. Certainly has a wavy chart!,, but direction seems good. What are your thoughts on results and future? Any indications of a takeover iven it's low PE?

Thank you

Q: I've held both companies from time-to-time and am interested in STEP at current prices. SHLE seems a bit more volatile (good and bad).
How would you rate them?
I'm assuming that as long as the producers are maintaining or increasing production, these companies have potential.

Q: I've reviewed the financials, recognize micro-cap risk, and gas price drop off but no matter what gas companies, to sustain production (decreasing well outputs) or increase by even 5% to 8% per annum, require new production and so these two companies products are in demand. Recent results (last Q) were good improvements for both companies, though only SHLE has shown a market response. Can you do a quick financial and product comparison and indicate which you'd prefer over the other. I realize these are so small they are likely under your radar screen.
Thanks for all you do.

Q: What are your thoughts on Source Energy? Up over 50% in the last two days.
Q: Can you give this co a quick analysis for me? I just want to take a flyer on something which is leveraged on the oil services side in Canada. If this isn't one - do you have 2 or 3 that you could recommend I consider? I understand the risk is high.
Q: The recent Shell contract, and the potential for a LNG go-ahead have me wondering about the potential for some gains here. They seem to be building a significant business and drilling should be stable/growing if LNG is a go. Your thoughts would be appreciated....

Q: Hi Peter and Staff
I have suffered as have many with losses in this sector( most of which I have crystallized. I still own HWO, SES and CEU. Assuming I want to stay in the sector would you replace any of the above with either
TCW, SHLE or STEP.
Your opinion and supporting rationale is appreciated. Please dock my questions as you see fit

Q: Folks,
Wondering if you are seeing value here at this dramatically reduced price. Last earnings release seemed positive going forward.

Q: Hello 5i
Thanks for excellent service
I am feeling a like a novice investor enticed to buy a stock destine to retreat in value. I bought into Eric Nuttel's story about subject small cap and took up a small position.........which I now see as buying at a near term top after 50% run. The story sounded plausible and the stock was below IPO price so got on board. (missed the fact there was an issue at ~ $8.35)
While I did read the couple comments already in Q&A, would you please add your current thoughts?
As an investor question, if one gets into a name and then has immediate buyer's remorse, would you get out and rethink capital deployment or just ride it out believing in the long story....if there is one?
Thanks
Dave

Q: Hi folks, My question is about Frac sand production. Is there a company that you could recommend that would be of interest, or would you stay clear of the industry all together. Thanks very much. Keep up the great work.
Q: I'm interested in investing in suppliers of frac sand used in the oil and gas industry. Can you recommend a Canadian and an USA company in that business? Do you consider frac sand suppliers as a worthwhile investment?
