Q: Hello currently hold these 2 for my allocation to the metals sector. Both have been getting beat up. IF, I am looking to add shares at these prices would you recommend adding to these things company’s or would you recommend others?
Is silvercorps exposure to China something you are concerned with???
Thanks
Q: In answer to Savalai's query on Apr 21 with regards to Moez's article on Growth Stocks on Sale, SVM is mentioned as the best on the basis of debt to equity ratio. BUT this company is not in Moez's original article. Error? Intended to be another company?
with thanks, gary
Q: Thanks to Moez for a nice article/stock screener today. I was surprised to see so many companies from the Metals sector.
IF he were to apply one more criterion to the 22 companies that made the list, i.e. debt load, which companies would come up on the top?
( the companies with the least debt load to the most)
Thanks.
Q: Silvercorp SVM missed on recent Quarter. What are your expectations. Solver price looks to be going higher. Why was the Quarter so bad ? . Was there problems. RAK
Q: Hi team,
I currently have holdings in the above companies and ETFs, and with the exception of MAG I am up between 12-90% on all of these. I am thinking that I should take some profits to reduce my exposure in the gold and silver sector.
Are there any of these that you would recommend getting out of, or would I be better to pare down my holding in each to get back to an acceptable percentage of my portfolio?
Also, if I was to hold some of these longer term, say 1-3years, can you please rank them in order of which you would recommend holding for that length of time.
thanks as always,
Paula
Q: Of the three silver stocks listed which one has the best fundamentals. Could you list them in order of preference and if you have 1 or 2 that you prefer instead please include them also.
Thanks again for your much appreciated advice and analysis. John
Q: What is historic silver price to gold ratio.last 10 years.? Where is it now ? Is silver a buy ? What are Industrial uses of Silver besides jewelry /What are your silver picks. SVM did well last week. RAK
Q: Hey guys, I have owned DPM, GCM, and SVM for a few years. The 3 stocks account for about 4% of my total portfolio. I currently have roughly 8% total in the materials sector(AEM 4%). keep holding these 3 or consolidate into 1 of the 3 or is there a better stock to play the sector?
Thank you!
Q: I would appreciate your thoughts on SVM. Is this something. It recently agreed to purchase Guyana goldfields. Wondering also your thoughts on this acquisition.
Also somewhat related, there is a lot of talk about gold and wanting to own gold in portfolios. Do you agree and if so do you think you would do better off with the metal itself or individual stocks if you have 3-5 year time horizon? Thank you
Q: Silver stocks have had a run since mid-year; does the team have opinion on silver itself and a preferred method of investing in the commodity.
Thanks... your thoughts are respected and appreciated
Doug
Q: Hi, I am looking to sell my SVM shares to take a tax loss. However, with the price of silver down and a potential bounce that may occur soon, could you recommend a couple alternatives I could buy now to take advantage of any bounce that occurs in the precious metals? I already own AEM and Goldcorp on the gold side. How does First Majestic compare with SVM, besides it being triple the market cap, would it be a suitable replacement? Any better options that may offer more torque in a bounce? Thanks.
