Q: Two questions on NPK: firstly what is your view of today's press release regarding it's planned domicile move to Singapore? Secondly, I have substantial capital gains in this stock since I bought it several years ago and currently hold it in a non-registered account. What are the tax implications, other than taxable capital gains, if I sell it and rebuy a portion of it in my tax-sheltered accounts within 30 days? Geoff

Q: This became two questions:
1) I would appreciate hearing your thoughts on Verde's new market study and also your thoughts on the CEO's comments several Brazilian states are competing for their third plant.

2) I'm in a good position that's unexpectedly difficult. I was in early and have very good gains. I've sold a small part just for my own mental comfort. However it really feels like the company is only just starting. Would it make sense to continue with my prior strategy of routinely buying a small position with this company each pay cheque? It's been performing well, I like the CEO, and I continue to really like the story and the path to further growth.

Q: It seems agriculture companies are doing well in the current and probably future environment. NTR looks good but has already moved up a lot. Appreciate your opinion on whether it is still wise to take a new position. Also, do you know of other companies that should benefit from the current dynamics. I'm open to Canadian or other ideas.

Q: The company issued guidance for 2022 and 2023. This stock seems undervalued and I don't see any analyst coverage. What company would be a good comparable company?

Q: As Verde posts a second quarter of exponential sales and are derisking themselves as a profitable company I would really appreciate your expertise. What is the best way to value this company?

I would also appreciate your thoughts on Belarus and Russia as it pertains to fertilizer. Together those two countries make up 50% of the worlds supply of potash which seems from a macro perspective to be a huge amount of political clout for Russia when the product is integral for modern farming.

Thank you.

Q: I would like to get your opinion on Verde Agritech's current achievements and what you would like to see them achieving in the next 1 to 5 years. And if you could specifically address several different discussions regarding 1) the speed which they should attempt to increase production 2) the markets they should be targeting 3) the possibility of a dividend at a future point. I would assume a dividend would be a long way off but it is an idea that I find very interesting.

Thank you for your time.

Q: Hello, I would appreciate your thoughts specifically on Verde Agritech and generally about how to interpret After Tax Net Present Value (NPV) reports of companies and if they're something of value to consider when investing.
Verde Agritech has recently been approved for 150K tonne of fertilizer production which at $28/tonne looks to be about $0.1/share, which seem like very good initial production in a company with no debt.
The NPV of the company is extremely high at $1.8 billion. That number is so large compared to the companies current value it seems like pie in the sky, but it also seems like the company could theoretically reach that. I don't know what to do with it.
I do see an extremely likely route for the company to reach 600K and about $0.4/share.
Thank you for your opinions on this interesting little company.
