Q: Am considering adding to my Healthcare with one of the 2 stocks mentioned. At present I have a full position in GUD, and SIS. Also a 1/4 position BTH. What are your thoughts on these 2 Companys and which do you feel has the greater potential for growth. Or is there another stock you feel would be a better choice to add.
Thanks to all the 5i staff for the excellent job you do in keeping us informed and keeping us on the right track.

Q: Hi 5i,

Just joined your group and so far I am liking the website and the sections. I like to invest in small to mid cap companies (currently have bbi and pmn in my portfolio). Looking to add 2-3 more over the next few weeks. Any suggestions that I can have so I look into their company? I do like PTE a bit since it dropped so much.

Q: I own the above noted stocks relating to healthcare at roughly 1% weighting each. I am fine with hanging onto GUD and waiting but I was wondering if the other two are worth hanging onto or if I should move onto something else in the sector.
When adding more (approximately 5 to 10% of overall portfolio) to this sector would you recommend an etf or specific stocks?
Any recommendations (Canada, US or Int'l) would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Brian

Q: Thank you for your kind answer to my earlier question suggesting PTE,AVO and GSY.
Any sub 5 dollar stocks, other than ECN/GUD? I bought ECN, again reading your Q&A section! GUD is above 5 bucks but bought it anyway as it was your top tax loss selling candidate.
Thanks in advance.

Q: Hi Peter,
Any idea why Covalon is not trading today based on yahoo and google stock listings? Also, is there a specific reason for Canopy to be surging so high today as I have not seen any new news release to account for such a spike? Thanks and again appreciate the input.

Q: Hello Peter,
Any idea why Andrew Peller has surged in the last month. Everyday it goes up a little amounting to a sizable increase over a month? Also, can you see a case for a company like Andrew Peller to form joint ventures with Cannibis companies to create a wine/cannibis combination? Covalon Technologies has done well this year but I would have thought with their recent numbers, I would have expected the surge in price to continue. Also, when some companies beat the numbers, they barely move while others take off. Is this because the market thinks the former is not a true growth story and with with time if the company continues to do well, the market finally realizes the story . Finally, i just wanted to add that your service in terms of information and timely responses is truly appreciated and sincere wishes for the holiday season. Many many thanks.

Q: Not a stock specific question but more of a learning question. Have done well with PEO and COV but the volume of shares traded is very low. I can see these 2 companies continue to be successful and I was wondering at they grow and more investors want to get into the shares what are the options the company have to increase the liquidity of shares and are the options usually beneficial to existing shareholders?

Thanks
Sal

Q: Hi there, I noticed a recent answer where you recommended COV and GUD for a growth and balanced healthcare name. I know it may be best to split a position in two and own both names, but if you had to buy just one which would it be - for short term (1-2 years) or long term (5-10 years)? Thanks!

Q: Hi Peter,

I've been watching this closely since it was first recommended. It's now back to the low $4's and is looking quite attractive.

Before I pull the trigger and jump in, can you remind me of the positive attributes and potential long term earnings potential? If you were to give me a best 3-5 year price target 'guesstimate' assuming things work out with the company, what might that look like?

Q: Good evening,
I have managed to escape ggi.v before the carnage began. I have a hefty gain in my tax free account and I'm looking for 4 or 5 somewhat risky picks that could provide some real torque. Fitting this profile would you be able to provide any suggestions for me? I currently own gud and pho in my tea.
Cheers
