Q: Could I please have your thoughts on this company, I have owned it for a while and have lost money. In particular, I note the company is issuing a debenture that is convertible to stock at $12.60 Canadian, which is a much higher share price than today's price. Assuming the debenture sells, is this an indication that good things are expected for this company?

Q: My question is on the private placement news issued today. I'm curious why anyone would buy shares in the private placement issued at $7.50 when they can just buy shares on the open market currently under $7.00. Am I missing something or is it a way for a shareholder to purchase a large amount of stock without driving up the price to much?

Q: Please comment on the status of this turnaround given the recent results. It seems to me that while very small, Eli Dadouch of Firm Capital has turned this ship around in a steady, consistent and methodical fashion since stepping in and booting out the former crook of a CEO almost 2 years ago.

Q: When I read thru the most recent MD&A, it screams to me that a turnaround is progressing very effectively. The new management had a massive mess to clean up. The sale of unleased single family properties to and post 09/30/16 as well as the resolution of all the municipal code violations/massive reduction in associated fines, gradual collection of former CEO funds owing with interest, paydown of expensive SSN and so on all seem very positive. I know this isn't something you endorse due to size and period of consistency, but do you agree with what I am reading that this ship is at least ostensibly turning around in a big way? Current management and board does have a solid track record with Firm Capital (FC) and significant insider ownership here, correct? Could you explain what the recent rights issue is about and how it works? Much thx!

Q: Regarding my earlier question you referenced "PowerOne" as a promoter the you are always careful with - other than 1 of the directors of the company, I can't see any other association between FCA.U and PowerOne. Could you enlighten? thx

Q: I read thru the MD&A this morning and what I THINK I see is an albeit very small company that now has competent management (Eli Dadouch of Firm Capital basically booted the previous idiot out) with high insider ownership (30%) and a turnaround that, while far short of complete is definitely in effect. Your thoughts on this impression and more importantly your estimate of the simple NAV of the company? I see about $76 mill assets minus about $51 mill liabilities for a NAV of about $25 mill against a market cap of about $10 mill. Many thx!
