Do you think that investing in Inda and Japan ETF is beneficial for diversification and growth. Are there any ETF that you can recommend?
Thanks

Q: Hello 5i,

As always, thanks for your sage advice.

I am light on international exposure. I am thinking of adding an Indian and Mexican ETF as both economies are robust and likely have a long runway.
Firstly, would you agree? and if so, could you suggest a go to fund for each.

And if no, could you advise what you think would be a better path?

Much appreciated,

Ralph

Q: Are etfs the best way to incorporate a Japan exposure into one's portfolio? If so, which do you recommend as the best combination of dividend/growth? Thanks.

Q: I would appreciate your high level thoughts regarding investing in Japan.
Many strategist are suggesting that Japan might start increasing their very low interest rates which would spur interest in their own countries stock market which seems to be flat for a very long time. Do you think there is a good chance this might happen? I also thought the Japanese elevated age doesn't bode well for their economy which makes their stock market less attractive. I would appreciate your view point on Japan's investability for the long term. If yes, would you buy a hedged or non hedged Japanese ETF to get exposure?

Q: I am interested in your opinion of the eft's listed. With all the market turmoil I am looking for a basket of etf's with a high dividend and solid underlying holdings. I am also wondering if I am missing something in on your site where you evaluate ets's or do need to ask for that as an added service. Thanks for your help. Bob

Q: I sold DXJ and DXJS a year ago and have had seller’s remorse since the day I sold. Do you think buying these back at their current multiyear highs would be dumb? If you like Japan, would you today buy the same ETFs or do you have other ETFs (trading in US$ only) to suggest for my further study? If buying would you buy hedged or unhedged versions? I would be thankful for whatever number of symbols of Japan ETFs that you think might be fine for 3 to 5 years.
