Q: Noticed your Report on Real Matters and liked the looks of basing pattern on the Chart.

I already own Costar but would like to add a Real Matters Position .. wondering if their businesses’ have similarities?

Additionally would like to ask if your warming up to this area would infer you are likewise warming up to the ‘out of favor’ reit sector and if so your #1 choice in the reit area today for Capital Gain potential over a 2-3 Year time horizon.

Q: I would like to add to my TECHNOLOGY sector. I own Apple/ AAPL
, Microsoft Corp / MSFT, Open text/OTEX
, and EVOLVE CYBER SECURITY INDEX ETF UNIT/CYRB for a total of 13%. Would Costar group CSGP be a good addition for both diversification and as a growth stock.

Q: No question on CoStar (CSGP) in the database.

Great Cash Flows, low Cap Ex. Grew Reneues and EPS roughly at 10x in 10 year with only ~2x share count increase. Something good is happening here. However, on P/E basis, it is really expensive.

With Gross Margin at 80% and 20% Net Margin I don't understand why ROE is so low (<10%).

Balance sheet is fine with very little debt. Digitizing conservative industry (real-estate), which appears to have good long term growth opportunities.

Is that a US version of Altus Group? What do you think of the Name?
