Q: I need to replace Enercare in my portfolio and was thinking of BBU.un. How do you rate BBU vs Enercare in terms of safety and growth? I realize I'd be sacrificing dividends for more growth here but the environment is not being kind to dividend stocks just now, and I can switch over if and when that changes.

Q: Hello Peter and 5i team,
What is your view of the wine industry in general and Andrew Peller in particular? A news article says that wine prices are set to rise as bad weather brings the worst harvest in 50 years to the industry leaders in France, Spain, and Italy. California was hit by wild fires and climate change is hurting other countries. Is this a positive or a negative for the Canadian wine industry?
I hold ADW.A in myTFSA and it has risen to an 18 % weighting. If I trim some ADW.A, which of the following would be your top pick for growth: BBU.UN, ENB, SYZ, Or GUD
Thank you very much for your opinion

Q: BBU is down strongly today, which I wouldn't especially notice, except it looks like all the other Brookfields are down strongly too, From BAM to BIP to BEP. Is something up with Brookfield?
Q: Don't know if you think this material enough to print but on the purchase of Westinghouse, the Wall Street Journal, quoting insiders, says BBU is not interested in building nuclear power plants (which was what got Westinghouse in trouble). However, Westinghouse has a steady, ongoing and very profitable business in maintenance and parts supplies to nuclear power plant owners. And that does sound much more the sort of thing a Brookfield entity would be interested in. https://www.wsj.com/articles/brookfield-business-partners-to-acquire-westinghouse-for-4-6-billion-1515075664
Q: Your thoughts, please on the Westinghouse acquisition.

Q: I took a 1% flyer on this a few months back and then increased it to 2%. It seems to be doing well and I wondered how you would consider it in terms of risks and prices. It's always hard to read Brookfield P/Es. Would you buy more of this now?
Q: Hi

- Brookfield Business Partners L.P. (BBU.UN)
- Trisura Group Ltd. (TSU)
- Brighthouse Financial Inc. (BHF)
Q: I have acquired shares in several new companies over time, as a result of spin-offs. Sometimes these are terrific, such as BIP.UN. I'd like to either add to some of these 'stub' positions or sell them to keep my number of stocks manageable. Can you please divide these four companies between (in your opinion) 'worth keeping and adding to', or 'sell to redeploy the proceeds elsewhere'. The four are Trisura (TSU), Brookfield Business Partners (BBU.UN), Express Scripts (ESRX) and Brighthouse (BHF), recently spun off from MetLife. Thank you!
Q: You last commented on this company in early August. Since then company has participated in the purchase of the rights to operate some/all of Ontario's gaming operations. What is your view of the company given the recent news?
Thanks
