Q: My advisor has recommended the following "best current" additions to my diversified portfolio. I value your opinions higher. ZUB RUF.UN ACR.UN WIR.U. IEMG.
In your opinion are these "best to buy" in their areas, and if not, what are your suggestions for better ones? Thank you for your continuing guidance.

Q: Any comments on the current excitement at ACR.UN? Sandpiper seems to be making some noise about shaking up the board to increase the value of their investment. The Company's response is negative as expected.

Is ACR.UN's move to internalize management "Opportunistic" (per Sandpiper) or is Sandpiper just taking advantage of Agellan's "completion of its thorough due diligence process... to internalize". There always seems to be a big number attached to this process that is offensive on the surface.

So far, management's response seems more professional that Sandpiper's sensationalist press releases. Is Sandpiper for real?

Q: Hi, could you please rank these 6% plus income stocks purely in terms of relative security of the dividend. Any that you feel might little too risky for a conservative retired investor. Thanks.

Q: Hi, could you please suggest one of these,or another you might like better,for income mostly and of course some upside. Do they use ROC to pay part of the dividend?This would be a full position 5%. Management,LowDebt,Good Sector,and capital preservation is most important.

What do you think of Agellan REIT and safety of its 6.79% dividend ?
or would it be better to invest in a company like Atrium Mortgage Investment Corp in its latest New Issue of of 11.85 witha 7.43% didvidend?

Q: In my random research I came upon ACR.UN and this company intrigues me in term of yield and growth, even though it's a very small cap company.

Can you tell me a bit more about this company? It's one of the better growth REITs for the last few years in terms of unit price. It's yield is over 7% but its distribution has not been increased since 2013 though. It does not seem to have a large analyst following either.
