Q: I have small positions in sis and csh.un and I am looking to add comparable positions in real estate that has a focus outside of Canada. Would you recommend either Nwh.un or hlp.u with regards safety of dividend with moderate capital appreciation and your reasoning? Thanx.

It appears that the group that started Healthlease Investments, which were bought out in 2014, is back in 2016 with Mainstream Health Investment. The last time they were very successful after their IPO at $10; building a company that was bought out at $14.30.
Would appreciate your thoughts on management and any opinion you would have about the company. (Their corporate structure appears a bit confusing.)

Q: hlp.u just initiated a healthy dividend. They have a portfolio of upscale retirement homes,mainly in Indiana and are looking to expand into other states. What are your thoughts on management,finances and their outlook for a 1 to 2 year hold. Thanx.
Q: Mainstreet Health issued a ipo recently It leases it's facilities to Health Care operators in the US I see this as a US real estate play They have 24 facilities and are planning on growing I know it is very early but could you comment on the company's ability to pay a 7+ % dividend I would be buying this for income
