Q: I currently hold a medium size postion of Invesque.u I depend on the stock for its dividend It is currently yielding 24 percent
If they cut the dividend by 2/3 rds it will still yield 8 percent which is a very high rate In your opinion will the company go bankrupt or will it survive I appreciate your response Paul

Q: I realize that you have not been a cheerleader for this company, but wondered what you think of it after the recent (May 2019) acquisition? They are saying it is immediately accretive to AFFO on a per share basis. Another interesting note is their use of the existing management team. I am considering it to add some "USA" flavour to my healthcare full position in Sienna. Would you like it for a full position, or perhaps 50%, or …?

Q: There has been a few upgrades on this stock lately. With a huge dividend, it appears to be gaining some momentum and might be a place to build a small position. Could I have your thoughts please? Also, what is the difference between this and the Greys (MHIVF)? I thought I was buying some IVQ.U on the TSX with US Dollars but ended up with MHIVF.

Thanks Always

Q: Can you provide me an updated view on IVQ.U? I see it is trading below book value. I presume that if it was doing well it would be slightly above book? How do you feel about their debt and what effect a rising rate environment would play in their being able to meet their debt obligations without issuing stock or othrrwise raising capital? Thank you.

Q: I took a recent position in my RSP account on HLP-U which is now WHIVF in my portfolio. I went to buy more today and received a warning message from RBC "That I am attempting to buy a security that may be non-qualified in a registered account, CRA penalties may apply" and saying to contact my broker so I am contacting 5i instead as you'll likely know more than the guy answering the phone at RBC. Is this holding a concern in a Registered Account and if so why?

Thanks,

Craig

Q: Re. Craig's question about HLP.U. I think it contained a typo: when he said he got WHIVF he probably meant MHIVF. I also bought HLP but my account showed that I purchased MHIVF. Its the same company but instead of receiving the TSX-listed shares as requested, we received US OT-traded shares. (mine not in registered account and I didn't receive the warning that he mentioned).
RBC's explanation was: "Please know that this is only a system limitation and does not impact your actual trade."
Does that make sense to you? I'm guessing that when I place a sell order they will try to transact on the lower volume OTC which may not be the best option for me.

Q: Was considering Mainstream Health Investment. Am somewhat concerned that it operates in the States. From what I understand, extendicare pulled out of the US because they had to deal with legal issues. I realize that HPL is just the landlord for the facilities, however, if the companies leasing the facilities have issues it will reflect on Mainstream. Is it possible that extendicare is a lesser quality operator than the operators that rent mainstream's facilities. What risks are there since I plan holding this company long term given that it's a demographic play. What do you honk of the buisness model. Is it a good investment.
