please give me your two best companies, in the Industrial sector. I'm looking for something with a dividend of >2.5% (but realize I might have to settle for less), with a stable and growing cash flow, trading at or below its long term value metrics (P/B, P/S, P/CF, D/E etc). The companies should have a dividend history of at least 5 years, though longer is better. I'd prefer to keep it to a Canadian company, though it seems a large percentage of US Industrials are trading at low valuations, so would at least be open to one for a suggestion. I know these are fairly tough criteria after a bull market run that approaches 7 years. can you help?
