Q: Given the recent pullbacks (profit taking on news) in companies which you like (KWH.UN, OTEX, ZCL, ECI,PHO and GPS), do all still represent good buys and are any more compelling buys than the rest.

Q: Can you explain the difference between what kwh.un does and je ( just energy ) does.

Q: I would like to add one more stock to my income portfolio. All of above mentioned stocks distribute rich dividends. I am seeking income plus reasonable growth.
Which one of the above mentioned stocks do you prefer, or do you suggest some other name instead?
My portfolios Energy and REIT exposure is modest, however I am overweight in Financials and Technology, and underwent in industrials and I have no exposure to the materials sector.

Q: Morguard REIT has just come off a recent high and although I like the dividend, I am down 11% since I bought the shares and there doesn't seem to be much promise of growth, so I am considering selling. Is there any reason for the recent drop?

I am well represented in the REIT sector in Canada and the US and would replace the shares with another good dividend payer. Currently thinking of KWH.UN.

Any comments?

Q: CRIUS appears to act like a middle person in the sale of electricity and gas to residential and commercial customers. Would it not be advantageous for these customers to deal directly with the utility provider ? How can CRIUS compete with the utilities in terms of cost ?

Q: Recently I asked a question about Crius "Where are the earnings?"

You replied on April 19th that "Crius made 44 million last year." I had hoped for something more detailed but I obviously should have asked a more detailed question.

To that end, Crius lost 74.9 million the year before (2015) although part of it was one time. If you combined the two years, the payout is hardly 60% of earnings.

My questions are:

1) Has Crius had positive earnings in years prior to 2016? I understand it's a relatively new company and a series of losses aren't that unusual.
2) I feel that you think Crius has turned a corner at this point and 2016 will be more typical than 2015. If so, could you explain your reasoning. I'm considering an investment.

Q: General comment and observation. Ryan Modesto named this company(kwh.un)as a pick while a guest on BNN and it is in your income portfolio etc.. Yet
on the 19th in answer to Christopher you suggest that it is for high risk
investors and only a small position. I have noticed this type contradictory answers before which have left me scratching my head. As the question and answers make up the largest portion of the site and no doubt there are several people with different views giving answers, I feel that having paid good money for this service greater quality control is warranted.
