Q: I am attempting to understand the relationship between KPT and KPLP in order to determine what the upside would be in investing in KPT. 1) why was KPT put in place 2) How does KPT financially benefit. 3) what would drive KPT shares 4)Who owns the bulk KPT shares and why would I invest. Just can't wrap head around this. Perhaps you can shed some light. Thank You.
Q: Could you please comment on the recent KP Tissue Release its Financial Results and those of Kruger Products L.P. for the Fourth Quarter of 2017?
KPT has been drifting down in an erratic fashion from over $19 in May 2013 to the current price of around $13.50.
The dividend doesn't make up for the capital loss so is there any hope for this company or it time to sell and move on?
It seems to me that RSI, KEG-UN, EXE, AW-UN, SIA, and BCE all have about the same dividend. Which would you pick for a growing dividend and some share price apprecuation?
Regards.............. Paul K

Q: It just dawned on me that with the endless fighting over softwood lumber and US pulp tariffs and controls that maybe KP Tissue/Kruger is getting caught up in the turmoil. Maybe that's why it is down 12.7% from what I paid for it about a year ago. The current yield is 5.22%
On October 31, 2017 you said : "KPT really has not created much value, and the stock was higher in 2013 than it is today. For income we would consider it 'so so' and certainly think there are better options out there. We prefer dividend growth, and the dividend has not changed in five years."
I am currently overweight in Financials, Telcos. Utilities, and Pipelines, so would you advise selling KPT or just holding for income.
Since you think there are better options out there I would appreciate your suggestions of several other consumer sector companies with dividend growth and with a comparable dividend yield.
Thank you........... Paul K

Q: I am trying to break my need to hold on to my losers. I have held KPT for 4 years with nothing to show other than the dividend. I like the dividends but I don't have need of them at this time and I want something with some growth too. Should I give it up? If so any suggestions for a replacement?
Thank you
Thank you

Q: I have held these equities in my well-diversified portfolio for many years; am a medium to long-term investor; not averse to risks; and do not need the cash. Which of these does it seem wise to dispose of and why? I intend to reinvest the proceeds in some of your recommendations. Thank you.

Q: Dear Team,
Could you please tell me why KPT is in a free fall lately!

Q: Dear Team,
What do you think of CWCs right offering. I still own 10000 shares and naturally I am under water with this. Is it worth the risk to buy and average down?
Also your opinion on KPT ?
Thanks, Frank
Thanks, Frank
