Q: I have 2% in Aem. I also hold SJ, ccl.b. in the materials sector total 5% in materials.I am considering selling AEM at 75 to lock more than 50% profit..if it touches that limit and would like to invest in another gold stock or AEM itself at a lower price. Do you agree with this strategy? This is a registered account. Or should I just stick with continuing to hold Aem at any price as a hedge? Would you suggest richmont as an alternative or addition? Thanks 5i.

Q: I am resubmitting this question as apparently the symbols did not show up with my first question. Can you please comment on these stocks as to suitability for a GROWTH portfolio and if you have any concerns over any of these. Are there any substitutions you would make to this list? Thank you.

Q: Acknowledging that you have rd-x as a top pick yesterday, which one of the following would you buy today for growth and reasonable risk: rd-x, bto, ric.
Secondarily, with the same criteria, which would you choose between rrx and cj
Thanks very much for the great service!

Q: Peter: The IKN blog seems to think that the $27MM bought deal was solely for "defensive purposes" to avoid a take-over by Tahoe and the likes. What is your opinion on this. If this is true, could you explain why. I seems to me that any bidder would inherit this extra cash - isn't this a good thing ?? Thxs, Ralph.

Q: Hi Peter, I hold eight PM miners and all have done very well in the last four months except for Premier Gold Mines PG. I was thinking of switching PG for RIC at this point (note the RIC capital raise today). Would you consider this a smart move ??
My current positions in descending MV are: FNV,NMI,AEM,KDX,MND,FR,PG,SLW)

Q: I currently have no gold exposure & recent action has certainly caught my attention. What is your opinion on Claude Resources?
I am considering an initial combined purchase of AEM, CRJ, and RIC when/if there is a bit of a consolidation or pullback. What would you suggest as an allocation percentage? I've really appreciated reading your unbiased guidance over the years. Many thx, Ron.
