Q: Hi Team,

Apparently Berkshire owns a large stake in Sirius XM. The company seems to be in the doldrums so is there any reason that you can see why Berkshire would own such a large stake in this company? Is it the same approach they are taking with Ulta where they see an undervalued company that they believe has a high chance of turning things around?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jon

Q: Your valued experienced and knowledgeable opinion on the second quarter please. Also any comment on Quote: "In terms of our Recapitalization go-private transaction, we are awaiting the decision of the CRTC," added Mr. Redmond.

I still hold shares in this and was even thinking of accepting SIRI shares if this thing happens? Or should I just give it up and move on?

Thanks.....Stephen S

Q: Please give your latest thoughts on Sirius XM Canada XSR.
The question database is sparse, so some background and updated info on present situation and future prospects would be appreciated.
It now has a 5%+ dividend rate that looks attractive, but is it sustainable?

We have bought two new cars within the last three years and on both occasions have declined to enter into a contract with them to supply digital radio, so I wondered how many others felt the same way about Sirius, when there are so many free radio stations to listen to. Maybe one has to be a really picky listener with a particular leaning in audio to get the best out of this service?

Q: Hi,

XSR bumped up after a news report of a potential offer that may be forthcoming. In the time since that article, most high yielding equities have rallied significantly. I'm wondering if a "potential" bid is not acting as a cap now on XSR? Thoughts? If it was announced that no deal is forthcoming, would you expect the stock to fade, rally, or stay around the current price?

Regards,

Robert
