Q: Well, this sort of thing is alarming. DR is down almost 5% with selling at noon exceeding the average daily numbers. The only news I see is the dividend announcement.
Who is selling? On what information does someone unload like this? How do I get such, presumably, useful information?
Q: Hello 5i. Medical facilities corp reported this past week. IMO this was a hoo humm quarter but the reporting and management sentiment seems to have placed a floor on the stock and stability on the dividend. Whats the 5i opinion ?

Q: I have $25,000 in my TFSA invested in the above companies, eaqch with a weighing of between 8% - 10%. Looking to add another $10,000. I'm 63. Preference is dividends and some growth. Looking for stability if another December 2018 were to repeat itself.
May I please have your suggestions, in order of preference. Please deduct appropriate credits.
As a follow up to Norman's question of Feb. 8 re high yielding investments with a sustainable dividend, how would rate the above from least to highest risk.
Q: I'm looking for a healthcare stock to ride out the next couple of years - where I expect a recession - in relatively low volatility, high dividend stocks. I have no CDN healthcare. Can you give me a list of two stocks or efts you like?

Q: Good Morning,
I hold 5% of Dr in my RRSP portfolio. In the present market environment this stock is up 22%. Is it a good idea to sell or should I continue to hold?
Q: For ALA, AQN, DIV, DR, ENB, PRV.UN, what is the payout ratio for each of these companies? Is payout ratio a valuable measure of dividend sustainability? Can payout ratio about 100% be maintained? thanks
Q: Hi Peter and Ryan, I found this US health care stock (trades in Canada) trading near its 52 week high, yielding just over 7% and looking to break out, what are you views on DR, worth a look in this “crazy” market?
Thnx

Q: Hello and Greetings,
Globe and Mail - Aug 28th 2018.
DR makes it on the Top 20 SHORTED companies for August.
"....stocks targeted by short sellers under-perform on average"
My question: So why did DR Just hit 52 week high?
What are we to think ? Should we treat short selling as "noise" or does it herald a medium / longer term decline?
Q: Hi all, With today's (16 Aug) climb, I am almost breaking even with this one after more than a year. I am trying to position my portfolio with dividend stocks that have some growth opportunity (like many I have observed here). Should I take the opportunity and get out and look for a dividend stock with more growth in this space? Or is this possibly the beginning of an uptrend in DR.
Q: The quarterly report was released on Friday morning but I don't see any questions about their results so I will ask. The results looked good with the exception of foreign exchange. Is that correct?
