Q: For ALA, AQN, DIV, DR, ENB, PRV.UN, what is the payout ratio for each of these companies? Is payout ratio a valuable measure of dividend sustainability? Can payout ratio about 100% be maintained? thanks

Q: Hello and Greetings,
Globe and Mail - Aug 28th 2018.
DR makes it on the Top 20 SHORTED companies for August.
"....stocks targeted by short sellers under-perform on average"
My question: So why did DR Just hit 52 week high?
What are we to think ? Should we treat short selling as "noise" or does it herald a medium / longer term decline?

Cheers

Q: Hi all, With today's (16 Aug) climb, I am almost breaking even with this one after more than a year. I am trying to position my portfolio with dividend stocks that have some growth opportunity (like many I have observed here). Should I take the opportunity and get out and look for a dividend stock with more growth in this space? Or is this possibly the beginning of an uptrend in DR.

Thank You, Stephen S
