Q: Results yesterday from CPH and DR both looked excellent and the stock prices have moved up significantly in response. They both look cheap, particularly CPH, even more so if you ex out the $2.20 cash on the balance sheet. What do you think of these as part of a small cap portfolio?

Q: News this morning that this company is suspending aquisitions. Can you explain how this could be a positive for the stock and the company. Stock is up nicely this morning. Tnx for the great work.
Q: Is Medical Facilities a smart investment at this point? SP has been showing strength, although PE is high and ROE and ROIC is not stellar.
Q: Any comments on DR as it has been going down steadily over the last couple of weeks. I've been trying to sell into the previous strength. My intent is to exit this position and I am prepared to just proceed but if this current weakness is tax loss selling or a fund exiting their position I would be prepared to wait for the new year. I've got about a 25% loss on my position.
Q: Hi 5i
Could I please have your overview of DR results and forward look.
Thanks

Q: Hi Peter
Medical Facilities jumped by 5% today. Their results are not due for another few weeks. Is there a reason for this increase?

Q: Could I get your current take on this company? It seems to be in a rather positive recovery mode and wondering if this might be a buy at this time.
Q: Comments on their latest quarter? I own a lot "for the dividend" and not happy with the significant drop. However, I believe there must be value in their hospitals which would help them recover as things open up again. How do you see their ability to recover to a sustainable business level?

Q: Is the dividend sustainable (7%) and what do they think of the long term prospects of this company?
Q: Unfortunately I was not able to get out of Medial Facilities so I am holding at a large loss and hoping for a recovery. I see that they recently sold one of their facilities. Is this this facility that has been causing them their problems? Do you think this improves the outlook? Thanks, great job.
Q: Dear 5i,
I would appreciate you comments on the following questions:
1. Does key management have meaningful share ownership in the company?
2. How long has key management been at the helm?
3. Would you expect any further dividend cuts?
4. Do you think their debt is manageable and reasonable?
5. Do they own any real estate. If yes, how much worth?
thanks
