Q: Portfolio Cleanup Part 13:
I'm embarrassed to admit that I am down 50% or more (!) on the above.......
Are there any with good rebound potential that are worth holding on to? Can you provide a short reason why for each. Thanks

Q: I am interested in your comments about PKT. In late 2020 they seemed to wake up and start what appeared to be a pretty aggressive growth strategy, The market responded and the stock price went from $.10 to $1.77 in a 4 month stretch. It has since lost steam and has been hovering around $1.00 for a long time. In the past 12 months it looks like insiders have executed 70 BUYS and 0 SELLS buying over 8m shares or 3.55% of the float (if I am reading your data correctly). My questions are:

- how would you rate their financial stability?
- how would you rate management?
- how would you rate their recent acquisitions?
- management seem to be fully committed and must see the stock as a screaming buy but as they load up on stock is there a danger that they could take the company private at a huge discount while the market is ignoring the stock.......I am interested in how do you read this.

Love your comments and insights

Scott

Q: Can you please comment on PKT's recent announcement on 1) the purchase of 2 industrial sites for $36.25m 2) $10m private placement 3) Steve Scott's role in leading the newly focused company.
- with the private placement set at $.25, why is the stock trading at $.475 (.15 was the pre announcement price)?
- with the stock up over 200%, the market seems to like the deal. It seems like a major departure for a company that basically ran parking lots. Why such enthusiasm?
- do you know anything about Steve Scott (his bio seems very credible)?
- it appears as if Steve Scott is a principal owner of one of the properties being acquired - any red flags?
As a long term suffering shareholder I would love your comments and guidance. I originally purchased this with the understanding (hope?) that they would monetize some of their real estate assets but nothing happened for years. I am always a little leery of such moves in micro cap names and wonder if this is time to take my money and run or hang in there to enjoy the ride after seeing my money "idling in a parking lot" for way too long?

Many thanks
Scott

Q: Hello,

I used to follow Parkit about 3 years ago and always thought the story was good. I have noticed in almost every city I have been in a lack of parking and an increase of price. Now that the board disagreements seem to be settled and a few new exec`s have been hired - could you offer comment here? Looks like the new CEO is a heavy hitter in the space. Given it's size (sub 10mln mkt cap) I understand all the risks, more just looking for your take.

Thanks

Jim
