Q: It looks to me like this company is turning around quite nicely. Recently, in my opinion, Q2 was very strong but the stock hasn't moved much. I took a small position but I'm thinking about adding to it. What do you think?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Hello. Could I get your views on CPH and STN's earnings releases and your views on the two companies?
Thank you.
Thank you.
-
Gold Springs Resource Corp. (GRC $0.11)
-
Merus Labs International Inc. (MSL $1.65)
-
Cipher Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CPH $14.40)
Q: All three of these companies were once market darlings that have fallen from their more favorable market days and are now attempting turnarounds. Do any of these companies appear to be a turnaround buy at their current levels? If not,and if they sit in one's portfolio, should they be ejected? if so, how would they rate from worst (eject 1st)to best (still hope, eject last).
Thanks!
Thanks!
Q: With the sale of US assets, what are your views on CPH going forward? Comments on current valuation and growth strategy/outlook?

Cipher Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CPH $14.40)

Sandvine Corporation (SVC $4.39)
Q: I currently have 1/2 positions in MSL,CPH and SVC. MSL and CPH look like dead money with not a lot of growth potential going forward. SVC looks okay. I'm looking to enter a full position with PHO using proceeds from the sale of MSL and CPH (I would keep SVC for now and monitor). For heath care representation in my portfolio, I have a full position in GUD already (thanks 5i)! For a growth oriented portfolio, will this be a good move 3-5 years out? What do you consider an attractive entry point for PHO?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Q: Please comment on CPH results. Buy, sell or hold.
Q: In light of your recent comments on Cipher and a potential sale, do you recommend holding it for now? Or is it a sell now?
Thanks!
Ann

Q: Good Morning
I have replicated both my RRSP and TFSA accounts to hold many of the holdings in both the Balanced and Growth Portfolios save and except CGI and Cipher. I have reviewed your comments on theses companies but would like some specific advice if you think I should swap these out or continue to hold. I currently hold all your teck recommendations except OTC and have full positions in GUD and SIS
Thank you for your exceptional advice and guidance.

Q: Can you give me an update on Cipher? Seems to be stuck. I know pharmas have not been great overall, but just wondering if there is hope for this one, or should I cut bait and ditch it?
Q: You noted that Cipher "is in a bit of a proxy battle and we like John Mull, a 37% owner trying to improve the company." But isn't Mr. Mull effectively seeking to take control of the company - which presents the risk of it being taken private at no significant premium to shareholders?
Q: Have held this for 2 years and down %50. Comments on their latest quarter and is it worth keeping.

BioSyent Inc. (RX $12.80)
-
CRH Medical Corporation (CRH $4.99)
-
Merus Labs International Inc. (MSL $1.65)
-

Q: If you have to rank them from fundamental perspective, which names would you prefer? Which ones could be potential takeover candidates?
Q: What is happening with the Board of Directors with this Company? Thanks.
