Q: Hello 5i
I hold full positions in the above 5 companies in my tfsa and am looking for a replacement for EFN. I am interested in growth and am not concerned with volatility. Also interested in a mid term hold. Many thanks.

Q: I have 2 questions, feel free to deduct 2 points.

1. I would like to add SYZ and CXI to my portfolio. is this a good time to do so or should I wait for a summer pullback? How much more downside do they have. Should I buy them in my TFSA or non-regsistered? The SYZ dividend could be good for the non-registered?

2. For the IT side of my portfolio I own OTC and SHOP, and assume I'll add SYZ. I still need a 4th stock to make my tech holding complete. What do you suggest would go well with these three? Please note I recently sold Enghouse due to the amazon competition and sold CSU after its huge run the last few years, so don't want to add either of these.

Q: I already have ENGH, KBL, TCN, AW.UN, CCL.B, CXI and HAC in my TFSA together with about 40% bonds. Can you suggest any of the Canadian stocks you cover which would be most suitable to add here? I guess for a TFSA capital appreciation is paramount.

Q: Bill was asking about CXI. Technically, something to note is that on the weekly chart, the price is above its rising long-term moving average (200 weeks moving average). Also notice that in January 2016, the price also tested this moving average and 8 months later, was up 50%. If draw-down worries you, you could consider buying half your positions closer to the long-term trend-line. Hope that helps.

Q: Even with their new banking licence Currency exchange Corp's stock seems to not be able to gain any traction. Would you consider it worthwhile to sell Currency exchange Corp and replace it with Goeasy ? Goeasy would pay me to wait while CXI gets their stuff together. I think they are both in the same sector. Would the switch strengthen my portfolio.

Q: Hi Peter and Team, In the Financial sector of our combined accounts, we hold only one stock that's down - CXI - held in my TFSA - which is down by 21%. We also hold BMO, BNS, GSY, SLF, and ZBK, which are all nicely in the black. I know you believe that CXI has long-term potential, but since it doesn't pay a dividend while 'waiting', I'm considering selling it. Which of our other holdings in this sector would you recommend adding the proceeds of a possible sale of CXI? As always, thanks in advance for your insight and advice.

Q: Good morning my question concerns cxi which I hold but in a 1.6% position compared to your 4.12% but in that sector I am looking at adding gsy as an alternative and to give diversity simply because you have recommended it as one of the top ten holds in one of the last questions. my concern with cxi is the volatility that it has had over the last two years. is there also another stock in your universe that could also be added to bring the total to the 4.12% position but with two to three stocks instead of one...thanks for the great service
