Q: Looking at investing in these Canadian companies paying US $ dividends for a non registered account to help with my snowbird expenses.
Would be 15% of total stock/bond portfolio of mainly banks, utilities, reits, pipelines. Age 69.
Appreciate your opinion on these. Any others?
Would you equal weight or what individual % would you allocate? Any other thoughts?
Thanks. Derek

Q: Hi , i have 7 stocks that dropped below 2.5% of my holdings. BEP.UN (2.38%), NFI (2.33%), PHO (2.20%), SJ (1.92%), TOY (1.91%), DOL (1.61%), PIF (1.53%).
I also have a 15% cash position. Please Rank all 7 for potentially increasing to a 2.5% position. Also, is there any of the 7 stocks full position (5%) contenders.
Thanks

Q: I would like to reduce my utility / infrastructure holdings by one or two names. These are all partial positions except for FTS, which is full. Could you rank 1 - 7 in terms of keep:sell or just suggest one or two sell candidates? Thank-you.

Q: Regarding PIF, when you wrote in an earlier response that Nicaragua adds some risk, were you thinking specifically of current political protests and the general unrest behind it or was there something else? If one is willing to overlook that, do you like the earnings, relative value, and in short, the company as a multi-year hold? Thank-you.

Q: I bought Polaris Infrastructure recently recently and am curious about it's history.
In 2015 the stock traded for about 6800.00 if google finance is correct. A stock split in 2005 of 1:2000. Working it's way down to 800.00 in 2011 then 10.00 in 2015 and now at 20.00 after a gradual climb. Please describe what you know about what looks to my eyes like a strange history. Please talk about the management as well.
Thank You
