Q: Hello,

Where can one find out about new IPO's? I seem to always here about them after a good 2-3 day pop. Marketwatch.com seems like one option. In addition to a simple list, how can an individual investor best familiarize themselves with the upcoming IPO's? How would your team do it and do we have access to the same materials? Zoominfo and Royalty Pharma are two examples of companies I wish I had known about and evaluated in advance.

Q: This is a big picture question about the current "incredible" rally.

What percentage would you attribute to
a) Fed's fiscal input including printing money and buying all kinds of bonds,
b) Short covering by both big and small investors
c) FOMO by Institutional investors (smart money) and
d) FOMO by retail investors (dumb money)?

Is there a place or articles one can access to get an idea about these variables?
Many thanks.

Q: Could you please explain the following questions in terms easily understood. Price/earnings - what are reasonable numbers/the low and high end and I gather the lower the better - is that correct? Debt to equity ratio - same thing as above but 1.15 - is that $1.15 in debt for every dollar you own? Price to book - what kind of numbers am I looking for there, i.e. if the price is $80.00 and the book is $40.00 - is it 2x book?

Q: When considering weightings of a particular stock do you look at the weight as a percentage of just a stock portfolio, or would you consider it as a percentage of stock portfolio plus defined pension. For example, CSU has grown to 9% of my stock portfolio, but if I include my defined pension it is 3.5%. So if I consider only the stock portfolio then I would consider trimming (to maybe 7%) whereas if I include my pension in my calculations I have no need to trim.

Q: Does you portfolio allocation as referred to country investment recognize that some companies despite designated as domestic (Canadian) have and derive significant income from abroad ?
Therefore these are more diversified by the location as it appears in the Portfolio Analytics summaries.Basically the summary understates the total portfolio diversification by the country .I give the two above companies as an example but there are more companies to which this would apply.

Q: Vaccine developers are something like the Klondike goldrush, numerous companies are hoping to discover the vaccine for this virus and that would make them the next Shopify. I read a lot and especially on US sites. A few companies surfaced recently which could possibly be the next gold discovery (vaccine) which are ARCT, NVAX, DVAX, IBIO and GOVX. Do you recognize any of these and think they could be the next big stock winners in providing a vaccine for the epidemic?
