Q: I am a little overweight techs in a well diversified portfolio. Considering valuation contraction where do you see a new normal forward P.E. the S&P in 2022 and for those stocks highlighted?
Please provide forward P.E. and multiples for those that make profits and guestimate where the low end could be for the others.

(Paid $29B, but value was $3B)
Assuming SQ did pay too much, how long would it take for the company to recover? Is this a broken stock, or company?

I want to re arrange my TFSA and seek your advice, I own a lot of Topicus in my TFSA and have been considering selling it to buy something else, for two reasons. First, it is close to CSU and I have a lot of that, too. so, I would like to delute that concentration. Also, I want a US company with high premiums that I can sell options on. My preference would be Nvidia. But, because Topicus has gone down so much, lately, I would like to get someting good that has gone down as much as it. Therefore I was looking mostly at Square. APPs might give me a faster ride. < in both directions, thought!> but Square might be more reliable for a retired person. Appreciate any suggestions and, as always, respect and value your judgement

Q: I am down a fair amount on Paypal in a registered account. Seeking your opinion on selling, and placing funds elsewhere. Logic being I likely will recoup my loss faster elsewhere than waiting game with Paypal? Thoughts? Please share 2 ideas as a replacement. Thanks, and all the best

Q: I am looking to offset some capital gains received this year from PEO and PHO (thanks!). Currently I have the following holdings in a loss position, in order of dollars down: TDOC, TV, XBC, HAL, XEG, NFI, SQ, TECK.B, XTC, WELL, ENGH, PLTR. I would need to sell the first six to fully offset the gain, or could sell more if using those in a smaller loss position. How would you rank these holdings in order of selling, and which of these would you look to buy back after 30 days (if any)? Q: I have room for 1 full position in my US RRSP. I do not have exposure to US financials and was looking for your opinion for a relatively diversified US financial with the best prospects for CAGR over the next 3 to 5 years. I came up with Paypal, Square, MS, and JPM. I feel that Paypal (with it recent sell off) is the best option. What is your opinion?

Q: This a follow-up to our TFSA question dated August 24, 2021, and specifically relates to the 5i suggested list of 10 US stocks.

Of the 10, we have so far initiated positions in GRMN, LULU and REGN.

As we already have a substantial position in V (and MA), please suggest an alternative, perhaps in payment services, such SQ, AFRM or PYPL. Also, please suggest an entry point.

For the remainder, NVDA, DG, GOOG, JPM, CRWD and APPS, please rank them in terms of conviction and for each, suggest an entry point.
