Q: Good Day,
With these companies taking huge hits lately isn’t this the time to be greedy when others are fearful? Do these companies deserve full positions with a long term outlook?
Thx

Q: I , as an investor, agree with you that no company shall be judged by its single quarter performance unless it is extremely bad . SIS after an improved performance in the last quarter compared to last year ,has been beaten to ground . The stock price has slided back to its level in Jan2017. So , in nutshell, it appears that all aquisitions and imprved performance that SIS boasts in the last 2 years at all fronts including dividend increase have no relevance. It looks as if the market and values do not follow any logic/science. Do you still think it is worth holding this stock?

Q: I am missing something with Savaria
Where is the big miss in the quarter. is it not expected with the acquisition of Garaventa, that the EBITDA would be affected. there 9 month numbers are up substantially, With the sell off today would you be a buyer now?
With Crius the sell seems warranted as they continue to disappoint. Are you willing to hold?

Q: I am looking to add a growth-oriented stock to a pretty conservative bluechip portfolio, with investments in financials, energy/resources, telecommunications, drug/healthcare and transportation - mostly in Canada. I believe I could benefit from more growth-oriented stocks in other sectors and have recently acquired small positions in GC and TSGI. What growth-oriented stocks would you take right now, keeping in mind that I am a DIY newbee with only a modest ability to read statements and analyze risk

Q: I am a growth investor with an 8 to 10 year timeline. Regardless of sector weightings, in the current market would you either start a new half position in Parkland Fuel OR top up to from a 4% to a full 5% weighting in Kinaxis, Savaria Spin Master and Premium Brands? Thanks in advance, Greg.

Q: In your Aug /17 report on Savaria you indicated it was at 22 times forward earnings and at it's most oversold in 5 years. At 80 cents (2019 earnings est.) the p/e would be under 21 . Would the same logic apply now? Is this a good entry point and are you still sanguine about the growth story?
Your considered opinion is appreciated.
Mike
