Q: I hold the above in my TFSA. I treat my TFSA as part of a total portfolio so although each is about 20% of my TFSA, my overall weight for each is 3% in my total portfolio. Needless to say my TFSA has not performed well this year. Each of these companies (Except for ZQQ) seems to have lost significant value this past year. 5i seems to still like these names but I am starting to think that they are going the same path as some previous darlings of 5i. So my question is: with a 5 year outlook, should I continue to be patient or sell any of these and move on.
By the way, I did ask a question last week and voiced my opinion on some comments....never got a reply??

Q: I, like Medison, am fed up with Knight and Jonathan Goodman. I voted to keep him in and I thought that after the battle, he would try and create some shareholder value. If Medison can call a shareholders meeting, I think a lot of shareholders will side with Medison this time around. A very frustrating stock and I know that if one is frustrated, they should sell. Do you think we will ever see some move to the upside in Knight in this century, or maybe Knight is for the great-great-great-grandchildren. lol

Q: What will it take to get rid of this Meir guy? I thought the results of last meeting's votes were the end of this nonsense. His childish attacks and lying news releases are an embarrassment. Is he 10 years old or something? Is he mentally challenged or is he just a terrible person? Obviously Jonny G and the Knight team made a big misstep partnering with this clown. Does Medison (ultimately Knight) pay for these spurious news releases? How is this not slander? What is Knight to do?

Q: Good morning team,
Re: Gud's NCIB:
“Be mindful that the largest beneficiary of the share repurchase program is Jonathan Goodman. Even if he does not participate, the reduction of shares at a substantial discount to last $10 per share capital raise only serves to increase his percentage control of the company. Like his conflicting interests with his family business (Pharmascience), either way he wins and shareholders lose.

“Rather than engage in financial engineering that principally benefits the CEO, why didn’t the Board consider a partial tender offer for shares at $10? Just give shareholders their money back at the price paid? It’s a fair question. But one that we fully expect the company to ignore.

Q: While the market remains buoyant, Knight's CEO seems to be remaining patient for a major reset bringing potential buyout company prices spiralling downward. I am ok with that but he seems to have laid an egg with TherapeuticsMD by paying $20M for rights to just two of their drugs for Canada and Israel plus buying $20M of stock at $5.10 and is now down over 40% in a short time frame. What do you think of this deal and the potential of these drugs? It was, at least, good to see one company pay for rights to the rest of the world outside the US. Are they a legitimate partner?
Thanks.

Q: I own all of these in equal weighting (7% each). Down quite a bit on NFI. Just seeing if I should keep it and give it the long term (10 years) to provide a good return or sell because there is a better company to replace it with for a better long term performance at this point. Any other recommendations as I do have some cash side lined at this point (30%).

Q: I own the above companies with the following corresponding weighting:
2.6%;1.3%;2.2%;2.5%;2.7%;2.2%. I am looking at the possibility of doing some consolidating - what are your thoughts on consolidating? If I consolidate - what 1 or possibly 2 companies would you eliminate and what 1 or 2 companies would you add to?
Use as many of my questions as you need and thanks for your excellent service.
