Q: I am trying to quantify the new political risk owning this name. With the transaction for GBT being in Brazilian Reals I expect most of its revenue is in Brazil, however your report mentions Argentina and Chile as potentially unstable and there is a total of 10 Latin countries it operates in.
Can you break down the revenue sources for GBT by country please?

Q: Gud has now 51% and yet BIO trades at $10.15 BRL, about 16% below the offer price.
What do you read into this. Is there an opportunity here ? Can I buy BIO, should I ?
Will GUD offer less than they offered the private previous owners ? When will GUD start reporting earnings from this acquisition ? Do they need all the shares to do so ?
Finally do you see more analysts stepping in now with this new acquisition, maybe one or two will make it their top pick in 2020 ? Thoughts?Thanks

Q: Hi,

I'm looking to start investing a lump sum over the next 12 months or so. What list of Canadian stocks would you recommend at current levels? Do you have 5-7 names that you find particularly attractive right now. Looking for a mix of growth and income with not too much risk.

Q: After market closed today,GUD stated it is separating its business from Medison. Gud will sell its shares in Medison for $77m cash. Medison & its affilites(7.5% of GUD) will sell their shares over 4yrs.Standstill agreement Your comments please.Note that the vol.today of 502K is double av.vol of 254k.Maybe some smelled the announcement.
