Q: Your opinion on this company as to their prospects.
Q: After market closed on Dec 22,GWR announced a standstill agreement with Levine Investments,W Levine & A Cohn. Please advise briefly what is this agreement & its impact on GW.GWR did drop 0.36 (3.05%)today.Your brief opinion on GWR. It is a very thin trader & thinking of selling now @ some 12% gain. Thanks for your usual great services & opinions.
Q: I wanted to add a comment to a question asked recently about Global Water Resources. The fall in the stock price is almost entirely related to the Cdn/US$ exchange rate as the main listing is now on the NASDX, and the US listing trading closer to 52 week highs. With the low liquidity on the TSX, the company may chose to get rid of the Canadian listing and stick with the NASDX which has better daily volume.
Q: Any thoughts on why GWR is selling off? Thanks.
Q: Your view on GWR including insider ownership & estimated eps & revenue. Is this a good entry point?Appreciate u normal great services & opinions.Congratulation for Peter's top 3 picks last week-increase of 12.6% on GSY & 11.8% on HWO

Q: Hi gang. I read an article in Money Saver by Matt McCall. He mentioned water utilities in the US as being a safe haven investment during a pullback. May I have your take on Conneticut Water Service (CTWS) small cap? Or any other suggestions in "water"???? Thank you
Q: Hi 5i, I just received a package from GWR for a special shareholders meeting later this month. One of the items to vote on is to move the stock listing over to the US Nasdaq listing. The rationale is to add more value to the stock, open the stock up to a larger pool of investors and to simplify the structure of the company. It looks very positive to me but could I get a second opinion on this development? The only downside I see is the stock will be a US security and there are tax considerations for Canadian investors. Thanks, greatly appreciative Dave T.
