Q: Hi,

I've sold my house and moved overseas; I will return in about 3-4 years and may need to buy a new home at that time.

I have about $700K I'd like to invest while I'm overseas.

Can you suggest some dividend stocks to hold while I'm overseas, that I'd be able to liquidate to sell to buy a new home when I return in 3-4 years?

Q: What would your top handful of stocks be in a TFSA with a 5-10 year time horizon.
Assuming nobody likes capital losses, especially in a TSFA.

Q: As i get older i am always thinking about reducing risk in a reasonable way. I have about 2 per cent of my portfolio in pbh. I know it is a smaller company and i have been thinking about taking a cap gain hit to transfer to atd. I was wondering how you would compare these two, rather than by size alone

Q: I currently own Brookfield Corp Preferred Share, BN.PF.A.
And I'm wondering whether I should hold on to it. It has a dividend yield of 6.31%, but I'm interested in knowing where you see the share price going. Or perhaps you can recommend something with better prospects at this point in the cycle.

Q: If you had to invest today with a 3 - 5 year horizon in the consumer discretionary space which one are you taking? Its also ok to say either or if that how you feel - I can buy both.

Q: Can you list out a 5 securities (US or Canada) which you feel are mispriced (ie. where the price is substantially lower than its true value)? I know folks that 5i are generally growth investors, but also know that Warren Buffet's approach is also widely respected.
