Q: Assuming rising inflation and interest rates, what are your top two or three security picks? In Canada please.

Q: I am a long time holder of OTEX and it has been a slow but steady performer over the years. I am thinking of swapping it out to purchase more shares of CSU and TOI as i see good things to come for both in the next 5 years and I no longer need the dividend income from OTEX.

Appreciate you advise and all the wise answers to our daily questions.

I have owned shares of OTEX for several years and have a modest gain in my TFSA. In order to add a bit more growth to my portfolio I am thinking about selling OTEX and buying shares of KXS. Is this a move that would make sense to you or would you replace with something else?

Q: I do not have technology shares in my RRSP. I'm well covered in energy, financials, utilities, transportation, tel coms and an ETF US equities. There are quite a few techno companies out there. For a long term investment, any suggestions and why.

Q: My question is in regards to your information about US$ Dividends. I contacted Questrade where I have an account and they were pretty clear that if I have these stocks with the TSX, then they get paid in CA$. Here is what they said:

"I will like to let you know that we are not exchanging your dividend. We are only depositing the currency we received into your account. And I have double checked with our team and they confirm we can't change the currency of the dividend or choose them.
I am sorry you will need to contact investor relation of the company to help you with this. Please note we only deposit as what we receive from the company."

This is quite different from what the article on your home page says. Am I misunderstanding? Could you please explain. Thanks so much!

Q: Otex share price has moved up recently. I understand good results are expected this year then 5% growth in 2022. Should a person sell on good news this year? Or do you consider it a long term hold?

Q: Good morning Team. Loving the website uptake. Managing along with my 3 adult kids (18,21,24) their TFSA. They have done very well with above. Recently sold OTEX and KXS which 2 older ones have held for 3-4 years. Advice should they consider
1. adding 2 new Canadian growth stocks or
2. should they add to five remaining ones

Realize very tech heavy but their time Horizon is long. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks. Chris
