My question is about management ownership (or large shareholder) and compensation. Where can I find information about this in the filings ? Maybe there is a good website ? (I know Bloomberg is good for the ownership part but as many small investors, I really can't justify the fee). Thank you.

My question is on AVF. they had a less than stellar last quarter and the stock dropped dramatically. It now has a yield 12%. What are your thoughts on this one.
