Q: If you had to bet on an increase of capital gains taxes in the next federal budget on April19, what would be the odds?

Q: By pure coincidence, I bought CP near the peak last week right before it announced the proposed acquisition of Kansas City Southern. Obviously not ideal timing and I am looking at a small loss.
